Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Direct Surgicals, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth buying experience. This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations are handled for orders placed on https://beta.directsurgicals.com.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your return request, please share:

 

  • Order ID
  • Photos/video of the damaged item
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup or request you to send the item back as instructed.

 

b) Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours with supporting images. We will replace it at no extra cost.

c) Conditions for Return

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all labels, accessories and documentation

 

Products that are opened, used or tampered with will not be accepted unless the issue is manufacturing-related.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following criteria:
    Unused and in Original Condition: The product must be completely unused, undamaged, and in the exact condition you received it.
  • Original Packaging Required: Returns must include the original packaging, including all protective materials, boxes, and inserts designed to protect the product during shipping.
  • All Labels, Accessories, and Documentation Included: Please ensure all original labels, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any other documentation are returned with the product.
  • No Signs of Installation or Use: Products that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use (including data input for electronics) will not be accepted.
    Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within [specify number] days of receipt. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
  • Proper Packaging for Return Shipment: To avoid damage during return transit, please repack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.


By adhering to these conditions, we can process your return efficiently and ensure the quality of products for all customers. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the return being declined or a restocking fee applied.

d) Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain categories cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety or regulatory reasons, such as:

  • Sterile medical items

  • Consumables

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

a) Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–4 working days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 working days
  • Net Banking: 3–5 working days

b) Deductions
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If the product is returned without the original packaging or accessories, a partial refund may be issued.

c) Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • The return window has expired
  • The item is non-returnable
  • The product is damaged due to misuse

3. Cancellation Policy

a) Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
To request cancellation, contact us with your Order ID.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

 

b) Order Cancellation by Direct Surgicals
We may cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or technical error
  • Payment verification failure
  • Fraud or suspicious activity

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Replacement Policy

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, replacements will be provided at no additional cost once the issue is verified. Replacement depends on stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
