Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines how payments are processed for orders placed on https://beta.directsurgicals.com. By shopping with Direct Surgicals, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support multiple secure payment options for customer convenience. These may include:

  • PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm UPI)

All payments are processed through trusted and secure third-party gateways.

2. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed successfully:

 

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS
  • Your order will be processed for dispatch
  • In case of bank transfers, the order will be processed only after the payment is verified

 

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted by your bank, the amount will be automatically refunded within the bank’s standard timeline.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for reviewing final prices, delivery charges and taxes during checkout before completing the payment.

In case of pricing errors, Direct Surgicals reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Security & Encryption

We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.
Direct Surgicals does not store or have access to your full payment details such as card numbers or UPI PINs.

5. Failed / Incomplete Payments

If your payment fails:

 

  • Please retry using another payment method
  • Ensure stable internet connection and sufficient bank balance
  • Check with your bank for restrictions or limitations

 

If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be credited back to your source account within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank.

6. Refund Timeline for Returned or Cancelled Orders

If your order is eligible for a refund (based on our Return & Cancellation Policy):

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines:

UPI / Wallets: 2–4 working days
Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 working days
Net Banking: 3–5 working days

 

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the error was on our side.

7. Payment Verification

To prevent fraud or misuse, we may request additional information for verification in cases like:

 

  • High-value transactions
  • Suspicious activity
  • Mismatched billing details

 

Orders may be paused or cancelled if verification is not completed.

8. EMI & Pay-Later Options

If EMI, credit options or pay-later facilities are available, they will be displayed during checkout. Interest rates and terms are determined by the bank or third-party provider.

9. International Payments

Currently, we accept payments only from customers within India unless stated otherwise on the website. International payment options may be added based on business requirements.
