- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
If any product is out of stock or requires additional verification, we will inform you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods and Timelines
We ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 2–5 working days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–7 working days
- Remote locations: 5–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on product weight, order value and delivery location. Applicable charges will be shown at checkout before you complete the payment.

5. Delivery Attempts

- Damaged
Please take photos or a short video and refuse to accept the parcel.
Inform us within 24 hours so we can raise a complaint with the courier.
